It has been quite sometime since we at Maypalo wrote about unlocking iPhone running on the latest firmware. Well as 2013 has started so we thought about giving you an update regarding unlocking your iPhone on iOS 6. So read ahead.
iPhone Unlock 2013
It is the start of 2013, so is this year going to bring a solution to the infamous basebands 4.12.01 (4.11.08 if you are still running iOS 5)? Well the question seems to be already answered.
The last time we wrote something about unlocking iPhone was quite upsetting to many users. We reported that one of the most famous unlocking solutions for iPhone, that is Ultrasnow, will no longer be updated. Which basically means Ultrasnow is dead. This news finally nailed the coffin on Ultrasnow, one of the pioneers in unlocking iPhone since the early days. The reason why Ultrasnow won?t be updated is because of the iPhone Dev team mentioned that it is now way too easy to unlock an iPhone running any firmware.
If you are wondering what exactly the iPhone Dev team is talking about, well folks they are talking about factory unlocking solutions.
We have already mentioned quite a few services that unlock the iPhone previously on Maypalo each having their own unique features. Quite a large number of users have reported to us about getting their iPhone unlocked from these services for a small price. Ultrasnow is dead but that doesn?t mean all free software unlocks for iPhone are dead too. In fact from what I?m hearing there are some hackers who are already working on software unlocks for the iPhone. That is great news but what is even more awesome is that, these hackers are working on creating an untethered jailbreak for iOS 6!
Now that?s double the awesomeness.
